I had my first official appointment with the midwives for this pregnancy. I weighed in at 120. Of course, they didn't even try to locate the heartbeat by doppler, so the appointment was only informational. I got their packet of pregnancy information--what medicines are ok, what tests are offered and required, what foods to avoid, information about the Birthing Inn, etc.
Next month will be more exciting with getting to hear the heartbeat.
