Visited the midwife at 19 weeks, 6 days and just a few days before our trip to Kansas. Everything is still showing healthy, normal progress. I'm up to 126 pounds--up 5 pounds from my last appointment and a total of 8 pounds since my 12 week appointment. Beta's heart rate was 144. The midwife gave a guess that I'm having a boy; and immediately claimed a 50% success rate in her predictions.
My platelet count was still on the low side, but about the same as it was last time. They aren't concerned, but will check it again at 28 weeks when I do the glucose test.
TGM was at the appointment with me and enjoyed hearing the heartbeat again.
They also noted that based on the early ultrasound, they will move my due date from 12/18 to 12/23. That didn't make any sense to me, but I'm not questioning something that reduces the chance that I'll have to have an induction.
