Movement??

Baby Registry
Last night, Jesse and I went to Target to start a Baby Gift Registry. We got there about 9:30--only 30 minutes before close. We ran into technical problems with the registration at customer service. (It didn't print at the end of the registration process, so we had to go through part of the process again to find our partially created registry and then get it to print.) By the time we had the scanner, we had less than 20 minutes to actual put items on our registry. We put a dozen or so random items on the registry to start with--socks, onesies, crib sheets. We'll have to go back another time to do some more serious addition of items. We also talked about starting a registry on Amazon, but haven't yet.

Maternity Clothes
Last night, I ordered from online a couple of Target's Be Bands. It appears to be the store-brand version of the more widely advertised BellaBand. We'll see how well it works when it arrives. With few to none of my slacks fitting now and my jeans quickly becoming tighter, I've got to figure out what I can wear to clogging besides skirts or sweats. Hopefully this will make it possible to wear my jeans for a bit longer.

Movement??
This morning, I rolled over on my stomach for Jesse to give me a back rub. I noticed, particularly when he got to my lower back, something that I could easily imagine to be Beta protesting the squashing of her* space with little punches and kicks. Whether it was really that or something more mundane, I don't know yet.

*For any who may not have heard, at this point we are planning to wait until birth to find out the gender of Beta. Use of masculine and feminine pronouns is based on the date--odd days are girl days, even days are boy days.
