Midwife Report @ 36 Weeks

I had my 36 week appointment this week--the first of my weekly appointments. Everything is still checking healthy.

My weight is up to 145--another 2 lbs in the last 2 weeks. Beta's heartbeat was about 131. The fundal measurement was right on at 36cm.

At today's appointment they took the swab for the GBS test. I was positive last time, so won't be surprised if  the test is positive again this time. If it is positive, it just means I get a couple of rounds of antibiotics during labor. They also took another blood draw to continue monitoring my platelet levels. I'll get the results from both of those at my appointment next week.

The last couple of weeks have been very uneventful, pregnancy-wise. Haven't noticed any Braxton Hicks contractions. I have been having more pain in my hips, especially at night. Also some pain in some of my groin muscles. But nothing major or unexpected.
